[resolved] BUG: Black Screen in Full-Screen Mode
When I try to change the layout when in full-screen mode (Mac/Yosemite), the screen goes completely black. The only way to get out of it is to move the app to my second screen then move it back to the main screen, or to restart the program.

Several questions:
- By "second screen," do you mean an external monitor?
- Have you restarted your computer?
- What specific version of OS X are you using? What about Logos?
The devs might want to look at logs. See the link in my signature line. Enable logging, reproduce the issue, grab the logs. Then you can upload them here by attaching via the paperclip icon.

Well...This time the screen decided to do this when changing to a layout in full-screen mode:

...and here is the log after I changed layouts (while in Logos) and the screen went black. I had to move the full-screen window to the secondary monitor (I run my monitor as the main screen with my Macbook Pro screen as the extended desktop) in order to get the text back and obtain normal functionality.

How is the second monitor connected? Does this occur when the external monitor is not connected? What model ID is your Mac? You can find this by going to Apple>About this Mac>System Report. It's the second item listed "Hardware Overview" selected from the left.

It happens only when in full-screen mode...with or without an external monitor connected. However, when I'm not connected to an external monitor, the only remedy is to close are restart Logos...then go to the layout I want...then go to full-screen. I can correct the issue when on an external monitor by going to Control Center (swiping up with three fingers so I see all the apps), dragging Logos to the other screen, then dragging it back. Once it goes to the other screen, the content loads correctly. I am connected to the external monitor via the Thunderbolt port to a DVI connector. My model ID is MacbookPro 8,2.

Have you experienced any other graphics related problems with the machine? I know a great number of MacBook Pro users from the time period when you'rs was purchased have had GPU problems. If so, you may want to see if you qualify here https://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro-videoissues/
