1) Clicked on Two Epistles... in the TOC:

2) Dragged the tab to Favorites:
Note that I didn't even click on the first level Two Epistles... but the second level, and I still get a Favorite named after the preceding text.
I could repeat this three times, but then it suddenly started working as it should -- for the second level. For the first level it's still wrong:
A quick check indicates that the whole volume (perhaps the whole series?) is mistagged:
