Does any one know if it is possible to put a hyperlink in a clipping that points to a note-file?

At this time hyperlinks cannot be created to notes. They are working on it, as far as I know, but they have not released the function yet. Also, you cannot link to a guide.

You may be interested in Mark Barnes' video series on sermon preparation. While the videos show the use of Logos 4 for sermon prep, Mark offers an excellant way to manage notes & clippings using favorites. I highly recommend these videos. The ideas are excellent and will provide a great starting point for tailoring Logos 4 for your own use.
Hopefully, improved features in Logos 4 will allow more flexibility in the future; meanwhile, Mark shows us ways to make Logos 4 work for us now. [I]
