I picked up Witherington’s Troubled Waters: Rethinking the Theology of Baptism but it appears he already rethought it and reached the final conclusion by the time I downloaded it because the title of the resource in my library is Troubled Waters: The Real New Testament Theology of Baptism.
Interesting. I notice when I click on the "See Inside" button, that the title is ...The Real... Looking at the "Book Cover" it's a bit greeked, but it looks more like "The Real" than "Rethinking." Also, on the bottom of the page there's a "More Details," section with the title you received too.
Apparently, the actual product name is: Troubled Waters: The Real New Testament Theology of Baptism.
Looks like the product page name, as well as the Logos title to the right of the cover is wrong.
Is there any discrepancy of titles in your Library or product information panel of the resource in Logos?
Well, unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t show the title page (page i) in its preview. The book is certainly titled Troubled Waters: Rethinking the Theology of Baptism as shown below.
It apparently goes with these other Rethinking titles:
The Living Word of God: Rethinking the Theology of the Bible
Making a Meal of It: Rethinking the Theology of the Lord’s Supper
The title in my library, on the tab - the resource – and the information panel, is as shown (never mentioning Rethinking):
I just can’t figure out how or when this got changed.
EDIT: Interestingly, both Witherington and Baylor University Press know it as Rethinking the Theology of Baptism
Looks like someone copied this from Google Books.....Troubled Waters: The Real New Testament Theology of Baptismhttp://books.google.ca/books/about/Troubled_Waters.html?id=PjNOVR2jOtYC&redir_esc=y
Everyone else seems to be using the title:
Troubled Waters: Rethinking the Theology of Baptism
