BUG: Documents deleted from a Faithlife Group do not appear in Deleted documents
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
SETUP: Create a document to use for this test (I used a Visual Filter). Give it a distinctive name (to simplify documents.logos.com searches)
1) From documents.logos.com, Actions> Publish a document to a Faithlife group.
2) From the Faithlife group's Documents section, Actions> Delete the document.
3) Return to documents.logos.com, and search for it under All Documents, Deleted.
QUESTIONS/BUGS?
• Why does the document no longer appear on documents.logos.com, even in the Deleted documents list?
• Why do Actions in the Group Documents view include Delete, but not (or even instead of?) an option to simply stop sharing with that group (like "Withdraw")?
• Maybe restricting "Delete" to documents.logos.com might be safer; but is it at least restricted to the document's owner or can any Group member delete any document published to that Group?
GRACIOUS RECOVERY
Thanking the Lord that I still had an older documents.logos.com browser tab open, which still listed my lost document: clicking on the document name gave a page that (although saying "This document has been deleted.") had an Action> Undelete option.
Hope we can get a fix or at least this helps someone else out there!

Wow! 4 minute response time, and on a Saturday, even: impressive! : )
Thanks Dustin!

We just shipped a fix to address this issue. Now, when you delete a published document from a Faithlife group, it should properly show up under your deleted documents.
Let us know if you encounter any further issues.
