Video Problem in Logos Installation

Installed Logos 6 today on my new laptop and my Morris Proctor LAT videos will play audio but not video. I called support before they closed for the day and he told me to click "download all media" in the panel of that book, but it didn't fix the problem. I called Samsung support and they said the computer is working properly. I downloaded the current flash player, no help. Anyone know what to do?

Rick, sorry to hear you are having problems. I would recommend that you move your post to the Logos 6 forum rather than this forum as it is more likely to be seen. The Files forum is mostly for those wanting to share personal books.

The screen was black, but I got it fixed today by updating the video driver that was out of date. Thanks for the input everyone.

Oh, I should say too that when I called back to Logos support today, I got a lady who was able to give me some valuable advice about what to look for and it worked.
