Yea, I am stuck also with the Indexer not running. But it looks there is some activity here from Logos guys Today. Hopefully we will not have to wait till Tuesday (night - in our case here in Europe) [:(]

    Andrew,

I am in the same boat. Indexer fails every time. Then Logos4 runs ... but nothing to do!!

There are no promises on updates or fixes for Beta testing... that is the challenge of beta testing. patience is the only recourse.

Joe, this I fully appreciate and why I asked when there might be some initial feedback from Logos and acknowledge there was a looming public holiday.   I have written software, worked in teams putting together solutions, tested software, worked with vendors writing software for us, and beta tested Logos Software before.... I have no problems things not working or things not being there right at this point in time, but as a customer I do have an interest in what might not be there in the final release, that I have previously paid for as an addin... or how my workflow might be affected by changes in the interface.. and part of beta testing is be open and honest about the things that don't work for me.. otherwise there is no point in beta testing if all I'm going to do is simly say how much I love Logos or their software... i fully expect the final release is not going to be 100% to my liking.. that is life and that is software....If people don't ask the hard questions then Logos is not getting true feeback on where they are at in terms of meeting customer expectations... and reality is they wont' be able to meet all those epxectations in the here and now...but they won't even get close if we don't put it out there....being able to be part of this beta test is a wonderful privellege I appreciate and I don't want to waste that opportunity by not asking the hard question where it is needs to be said or asked.  All I really wanted to know was that was it going to take them a few days or even longer to sift through all the feeback they are getting and should I just leave things alone and go back to 3.0 until they were ready to respond or was it something they might get to look at sooner and so I should keep my eyes posted for something sooner.

    Andrew,
Thanks for your beta testing resume and personal philosophy of how you critique. I will be sure and keep that in mind before making any comments to your posts in the future.
