Highlighting/Syncing Issues between iPad and MacBook version of Logos 5

I have been doing a good bit of highlighting in one particular resource on my iPad. I can see the default note for the highlighting in documents.logos.com (named "Solid Colors"), but no matter how many restarts on my Logos app on my MacBook (version 5.2b SR-9), I can never get that particular note to show up in my documents folder. Can anyone provide some potential solutions, or point me to another thread?

It sounds as though there may be a problem with note sync from Logos servers down to your MacBook.

Does it work the other way? If you highlight something on the MacBook does the highlight appear on your iPad?

Is there any indication of a sync problem in the "sync circle" at the top right of the screen? This is typically an exclamation mark in the middle of the circle.

And any reason you haven't upgraded to the free Logos 6 core engine - https://www.logos.com/product/46767/logos-6-core-engine - there have been a lot of bug fixes in version 6?

Thanks for your quick reply! Last question first: upgrading soon! I've actually been teaching a class using Logos with my students - it started in September - and so I thought it less complicated to change it up on them mid-course.

I highlighted a resource on my MacBook to see if it will sync the other way, but that failed to work as well. And interestingly, I now have 2 documents on documents.logos.com with the same name: "Solid Colors." One has my iPad notes, the other my MacBook notes. (I am signed into the same account on all platforms.)

No indication of syncing problems - no exclamation points, etc.

Sounds very strange!

It does remind me of some issues which were discussed at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/101763/704131.aspx (but that was with Windows and Android beta!)

I'll see if I can get someone from Faithlife to comment on this.

Kevin - I am running 4.5.1. I just updated to this version about 2 weeks ago (?), and my highlighting in this particular resource was taking place both before and after the update.
