New book purchases not showing in Windows 10 Desktop

Hi Folks

I have Logos 5 installed on a laptop (Win 8.1), and a desktop.(Windows 10TP).

On March 16, I purchased E P Sanders' Jesus and Judaism.  It has shown up on the laptop but not the desktop.  Nor has any books I purchased on March 20.  Using the Update Now command hasn't fixed it. 

Any suggestions?

    Try to purchase $0.00 amount book from Vyrso book store.  Close Logos.  Open Logos and use Update Now.  I got a similar problem since yesterday but using the described technique forced other books to download few minutes ago.

    I had this moved to an appropriate forum as it was placed under a Faithlife web site. There had been some server problems that may be related. Does doing an update now resolve your problems now or have the problems been resolved.
