Passage Guide not operating correctly?

I am having a problem with my passage guide doing two things incorrectly: First, it is not listing my commentaries in the order that I have them prioritized and second, it is not listing some of my commentaries at all that should be listed. For example, I am running a passage guide on Revelation 3:19 and of my prioritized commentaries the only one that is listed in the correct position is the MacArthur Commentaries at the top. The second in the passage guide is Matthew Henrys, but that one is way, way done on my list of prioritized commentaries. So why is it listing that one second in the passage guide? Also, it is not listing my reference for that passage in the Expository Bible Commentary at all in my passage guide, but you open the book manually and there is a reference in Revelation 3:19.

What seems to be the trouble?

    Michael,

A couple of screen shots might help.

One of your prioritised list and one the Passage Guide might give us a clue.

Strange that it seems to perform correctly on verse 20, but not verse 19. It doesn't list my books in their prioritized order on verse 19 and some of my resources are not there. But on verse 20 it seems to be working fine. Is there something about the way that 19 is tagged?

I've just tried this on Rev 3:19 and get the results I would expect

As Mike suggests - a couple of screenshots might help

It sounds like your Passage Guide may be retrieving a saved guide (which includes notes and customisations) from a smaller library.

Try right-clicking the Commentaries section header and choosing the "Refresh" menu item.

If that doesn't help, and if you don't have any notes on any of the sections, you can reset the whole guide by choosing "Delete this guide" on the Panel menu.
