[resolved] BUG: Morphology Charts do not populate

Logos 6.2 Beta 4 Mac OS 10.10.2

Tried a couple of different Greek words in the input field. The wait wheel appeared briefly, but nothing ever appeared in the window.

Have not tried this tool since 6.0 was in beta, so I do not know when this bug was introduced.

Similar in that the result is blank, but this one appears to have completed the search in less than 5 seconds. It then displays a blank result window.

Jack, I'm not able to reproduce this. Can you repro and attach logs? I'm not sure if they'll have anything useful, but it's worth checking.

Make sure you have the lemmas resource (DB:LEMMAS). It should show up in the support info. If no lemmas are autocompleting in the morphology charts or in Bible Word Study etc. a missing lemmas resource is the most likely cause.

Can you repro and attach logs?

Here are the logs after trying two different Greek words in the Morph Charts; not sure what I see; hope ya'll can see more.

Both times these lines were instantly generated. Logos then went into a series of synch lines.

Yes, that is the correct resource. Do you get lemma suggestions in BWS? e.g. for ἀγάπη?

Yes. I also get lemma suggestions for the Morph charts, but I get no search results. See my post just prior to yours.

Sorry, I misunderstood you, I thought you were referring to the autocompleter.

If it is not generating results for a known good lemma, then I suspect it is having a problem searching the SBLGNT. Can you do the equivalent lemma search in SBLGNT?

Have you tried Hebrew? (which would search the LHB.)

Receive the same n on response with LHB.

This is a new development/regression in 6.2 beta, as it previously worked flawlessly.
