Logos Not Fully Indexing

I am currently using:
Logos Bible Software 6.1 SR-3
6.1.0.0038
After installing an update about a month ago, Logos quit fully indexing. I gave it well over a day to index, but it would not go beyond 12% and continue to lag. I've tried pausing and restarting the index process and even uninstalling and re-installing. None of these have worked. Since the re-install I have updated with every available update.
Any thoughts?

Have you restarted your computer in that month? What platform and OS are you using? How much free space is on your drive? You may need to provide logs. If on Mac, see my signature line.

Restarted multiple times. Plenty of memory...15gb+

For clarification: I had asked how much free space you have on your hard drive. If indeed you only have 15 GB, that could clearly be an issue. If that is the case, how large is your hard drive and what kind of drive is it?

Just found this topic as I've hit some sort of problem that appears index related and wanted to see if anyone else had.
Hadn't opened up Logos in a few weeks, but I bought some books today and opened it to install them. They install fine, but indexing is taking longer than usual. Logos isn't open at the moment... it's just indexing after I rebooted. I'm running the same version of Logos as you are.
Activity Monitor on my Mac shows the LogosIndexer process running at 355% CPU. I've got 32 gigs of RAM and almost 2 TB of hard drive space. Mac OS version 10.10.2.
My indexing is at 32% right now, so I've got beyond your 12%. But something isn't right. I'll have to run the diagnostic if your report doesn't expose the problem.

If it doesn't finish over night, please create a new thread and run the diagnostics.
