Reuben, I'm not sure if you have used the Logos tool intro'd back on late Logos4 ... Recastor. If you're not familiar or forgot, for a text selection, it analyzes the key words and then 'recasts' the text into what the author really meant to say.
In the Bradley case, the Logos staff key word is 'unfortunately' followed by a random series of excuses ... errr issues. Last week, Rick was blessed with the task of explaining a vaporware product delivery schedule (which really exhibited Recastor's potential).
More seriously, user desires are spread so thinly, Logos mainly looks for new bucks features. Recastor translates this last sentence into a single word: 'sales'.
