can anyone tell me where to find my serial number, i just got this product and i can't find it anywhere.
Eric that depends entirely on what "this product" is. I'm sure you are referring to some logos or libronix product though [:)]
Depending on the package, it could be almost anywhere...
I know that some CD of the NIC were shipped without the serial #s, and Logos emailed them. There may have been other packages that slipped through. Call CS in the morning.
If you are trying to load the Logos3 version of the resources you bought in a Logos4 upgrade, then you will not get a serial number--you have to use a Logos3 trick to make Logos3 happy.
Just "Next" pass the serial number request the first time it comes up and follow the rest of the resource install steps...especially including sync'ing your licenses (I assume you've already got Logos4 running properly).
You'll notice afterward that you get a nag message to enter your serial number, although the new resouces are accessible.
Run Tools / Account Management as prompted, and when it asks for your serial number left click your mouse on the words "Serial Number."
A box that says "Delete" will appear ... click that.
Now the nags should go away and Logos 3 will work as expected off your Logos 4 upgrade license.

I have accidentially throw away the plastic bag wrapping the WordBiblicalCommentary59 CD.
Now, I lost the SERIAL NUMBER to continue the registration...sign.
Any advice to activate the product is appreciate. Thanks.

The only way to activate a product is with the Serial #. I wish I had better news, but it seems to me you are out of luck.
Call customer service and see how they can help you.
Call Customer Service and explain your situation. I believe they can activate your license for you.
