[resolved] BUG: Author no longer available in Visual Copy?
Having subscribed to Logos Now, I thought I'd do a Visual Copy to see what additional templates it gave me. It gave me a lot of new templates, but I seem to have lost the ability to identify the person I'm quoting. I am certain that, prior to 6.2, VC gave me a box at the bottom to enter the speaker's name into, and that it also detected the speaker and, in the case of Spurgeon, gave me a template with a picture of his chubby bearded face on it. The example below isn't a quote I wanted to make a slide of, just a test of VC.
That functionality doesn't seem to be available any more. Am I missing something, or has there been a regression here?

I selected some text from Spurgeon's Metropolitan Tabernacle sermons, right-clicked (actually two-finger tapped o a Macbook), selected Visual Copy and got to the screenshot you see above. I did also try it with a sentence from a John Piper sermon and a Tim Keller sermon, with identical results.

I noticed the same thing tonight when I tried to enter an author's name for I quote. There's no longer a separate box below the quote for doing so. This is definitely a regression.
This has happened since subscribing to Logos Now...
It did have the author's entry box when I first signed up for Logos Now on 4/6 (I found one instance I used it), but the option no longer exists now.

We have a case to look into this issue. In some cases I've found that the slides are still there, just no longer promoted to the top (which is certainly less than ideal). We'll update this thread when we have more info. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime!

Thank you. It's not a major issue, just a minor irritation.

This should be fixed in 6.3.

It's certainly offering me the Spurgeon templates at the top of Visual Copy on 6.3, which is much better. Thank you Angela and Dylan.
