Page Milestones for a Personal Book Commentary

I'm working on a personal book commentary and I need to know: do I absolutely, positively, please say no, need page milestones? What'll happen if I don't put them in?

  nothing.. absolutely nothing (unless you wanted to cite them in future).. navigation will be by headword
