I just tried to copy text from The Works of John Knox. This resource has the excellent feature of being able to display either modernized spellings or the original spellings in 18th century Scottish English. But when I copy to my notes, the clipboard gets both, interspersed, no less! So I can't directly copy one or the other, but I get both without having to untangle them.
When I copied and pasted into a Logos note, I got this jumble (but not in bold):
