i am using the Faithlife app on an iPad air. How do you highlight bible verses so the highoighting shows across all translations that you own? Ive made some notes - they seem to carry over, but not the highlights.
Highlights are version specific. You can't highlight across all versions although sometimes a visual filter can be used to create a similar effect.

For clarification: Notes can be by "reference" or by "selection." Highlight notes, by definition, are notes of "selection" since you select the text you want to have highlighted (i.e. paragraph, sentence, phrase, word, or even a single character!)

There are a number of users who would agree with you... but I strongly prefer the flexibility that we have now. If highlights were tied to references, you would be able to highlight only entire verses and not words or phrases.
