[resolved] Visual Copy

On the Mac, Visual Copy, with the latest updates, no longer gives a display of some of the art work you show on your website. Now it just shows the templates.

Per the instructions for the software, I am being as specific as required. The verse of the day graphics no longer show when prior to the last update, they did.

Used to be if I entered Psalms, I would get that graphic as well as all others for the book. Now I get only templates and no verse of the day graphics at all.

In the past, if I entered the name of a book, I would get the verse of the day graphics for the entire book as well as templates for me to select verses. Now I get only templates, no verse of the day graphics at all.

I think you may be mistaken... that isnt my understanding of how it does (or did) work. Can you right click on Psalm 9:9 (as Mark showed) and see what pulls up?

I can verify that templates-only is the current behavior doing as you detail. So PC and Mac see the same thing. I haven't used Visual Copy this way enough to remember correctly that it functioned at one time as you say it did. Sorry that I can't verify a change because of this.
Perhaps someone from Faithlife can help resolve this?

It appears that you can see all Verse of the Day art for a book by using reference search syntax, e.g., type in
<Psalms>
to see all artwork for Psalms.(I don't know whether or not it used to work in the way that was described.)

Thanks, that works, but that is not how it worked before. Online instructions state
View Verse of the Day art:
1. Click Tools | Visual Copy
2. In the search box in the top left, enter a Bible book or reference.
3. The left panel will populate with images matching the entered filter.
Which is how it worked before, now it appears <Book> works where before it was simply Book. Thanks
