[unresolved] Visual Copy crashing Logos 6.2 on Mac- Any ideas?

Hi,

I am running Logos 6.2 on a Macbook Pro with 16gb of ram, and am having problems this morning with visual copy. It was working fine at first for the first several slides, and then I would get the beach ball when visual copy opened, but it would still successfully send the scripture slide to PowerPoint, but Logos 6 would stop working and I would have to force kill the application, and start it again.

Now as soon as I click to send to PowerPoint, Logos is stopping, and no image is being sent to PowerPoint. I have tried this several times, and get the same result. I am highlighting and right clicking on the scripture and selecting visual copy from the menu. I do have a lot open in Logos, (8 bibles, 9 commentaries, fact book, exegetical guide, search windows etc.), but normally do have when doing any sermon prep, and I would assume that would be ok with 16gb ram. To be fair I haven't really used visual copy much until today, and am now wondering if it was a mistake to do so.

I really appreciate any help anyone can give me, as I am about 3/4 way through the PowerPoint for my sermon on Sunday, and now cannot get visual copy scripture slides to produce any more. Obviously, I would like some consistency in the presentation, so can't really start just using text boxes for the last few extracts of scripture, having used visual copy for most of them.

I appreciate any ideas anyone might have that could help solve this problem.
