Reading Plans Synching, Appearing on Android Mobile
I still seem to be having problems with my Logos reading plans created in Logos (Desktop) appearing or syncing with the Android App. I had some plans that I used to see, and they disappeared, and now after creating a new reading plan, it doesn't show up on my Nexus 7 running Lolipop or on Droid Turbo running KitKat. Is this a known problem. I though the last stable update included custom reading plans.

Are the plans visible in the Documents menu?

Graham,
I was expecting them to show up under the home screen under the Today's Readings, where they used to appear, but they aren't there. I honestly hadn't thought about the Documents section under the menu, but the new reading plan I created as a test doesn't show up in either location and my Today's Readings section is empty. Thanks for pointing out the Documents section, as I can at least see a few of my older reading plans.

Robert,
If you sign in to documents.logos.com do your reading plans appear in the list?

Yes, I can see the reading plan in my documents. And the list appears much more extensive compared to what I see in the app.

Okay, does the reading plan appear in the app? The other documents (note documents, etc.) will not appear on your Home Page but under the Documents tab.
Note that Bibliography, Copy Bible Verses Styles, Clippings, Prayer Lists, Sentence Diagram, Text Alignment, Syntax Search, etc. will *not* appear in the mobile apps.

No, the recently created reading plan isn't there. Older plans which I deleted on the desktop still appear

This indicates that your mobile device either isn't online or hasn't been synced. Have you tried ensuring you have a good network connection and restarting the app?

I have opened and closed the apps multiple times. I'm using the devices to respond to this forum, and can access other things in the Logos app, like a book from my library not on the device.

Should I try uninstalling and reinstalling. Is there a cache to clear out in the app settings?

Yes, it's in the usual place on your Android device(s) - please try deleting the cache and data and let is know if it resolves the issue.

Yes clearing the data and cache worked. Had to re download books, but was impressed that it automatically downloaded the books I'd had on the device.

I have just installed the android app on my new Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and am having the same problem, although clearing the app data does not fix the problem, nor does reinstalling.
My reading plans are shown on documents.logos.com and a new plan created on the phone syncs to other devices, but existing personal plans are not syncing to the phone.
Hope you can assist.
Thanks
Stephen

This issue is already fixed internally with the beta version 4.6.0. We hope to push it to stable this week.

I'm still having this issue. I'm running 4.6.5 and the reading plans sometimes stop showing up on the home screen for no apparent reason. A few months back I had a reading plan that has disappeared for no reason and maybe two months later came back. There was also a case where a reading plan remained on my home screen after deleting it in the documents (If I remember correctly, before 4.6.0). The other case was definitely after that update. The most recent was a simple reading plan to read through the Bible over a year that I started January 1st. After a few days I read my daily reading, then got online to download another resource (I do most things offline and only get online for specific things). I opened the app and the app was syncing and the reading plan disappeared. It still remains in my documents and I go there each day to open it, unless I haven't done any other reading since my last daily devotional. The plan was created in the mobile app. Could it be a syncing quirk with the desktop program? I don't think I've synced my laptop for a while. We live in Papua New Guinea and data is a major expense, so I don't sync my laptop and just use it offline. Likewise I will not clear the cache and resources on my phone because it would cost hundreds of dollars for me to download the resources I already have on my phone again. Any advice? It's more a nuisance than anything else simply because I have to go to documents to open the reading plan (an extra three clicks each day is just a minor nuisance).
