That's a great price. Here's a link:
They're not all $7.99, but many of them are.

I will be a scab and break my Zondervan boycott for this. I had some other things I was planning on getting tomorrow, but this will take precedence.

"The Unbelievable Work...believe it or not." Little children...Biblical prophecy is not Christianity's friend.
Also, by my count, all 42 volumes are on sale.
Which bothers me...and here's why. Because my account is so large, and Logos's internal method for handling dynamic pricing is so inefficient, it sometimes takes my sales guy HOURS to input my orders. I had 25 items in my order about a month ago, and I called my sales guy back over two hours later and he was STILL inputting my order!! That's criminal inefficiency. It may take my sales guy over 3-4 hours to input the 40+ items I will be getting tomorrow, perhaps even longer.
LOGOS, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER BY YOUR SALES PEOPLE, PERIOD.
So, I wonder if my sales guy will be able to just input the whole NIVAC series and change the total, or will he have to input hours-worth of individual items??? Anyone want to take a bet on him getting to make one input? I'll give you 3-1 odds...

This is truly a good deal. It causes me to wonder though whether it's do to:
a) Zondervan trying to prove that they are not ogres
b) just another business tactic
c) Proof that FaithLife is working hard to give it's customers what they want
On my phone, just now, only one volume was on sale.

Strange - I've just checked again and I see 42 on sale (I might have miscounted but it looks like all of them at the moment)
strange indeed. Just checked again and more are discounted, but most aren't:

I did spot an anomaly when going through the purchase process.
I had 12 volumes in my cart, all showing a discount. When I moved through the process to the "place order" stage, two of them showed at the non-discounted prices.
I went back to the cart, checked they all showed as discounted, re-submitted and they all went through at the discounted price.
So I agree there is something strange going on - hope you can get it resolved.
I got all 42 volumes for 335 and change. Now that's what I call a super deal; especially, coming from Zondervan!

Did you get that deal today? That is a fantastic deal.
I paid $785 a year ago. I'm simultaneously happy for everyone that's getting this deal and disappointed that I paid too much apparently. I guess I need to adopt and stick to a rule that I won't ever buy anything again that isn't at least 50% discounted.
Yes Eric I got this deal today. As soon as I saw that there was a sale I went and checked and found that all the volumes were $7.99 and took the plunge. not bad for all the New Testament and Old Testament volumes that are available so far. Again great super deal thank you Logos and Zondervan for putting this sale together!

Ps. This better not be a mistake because I'm not giving them back LOL
I am very thankful as well. Would it be rude to ask for a price match by Logos and Zondervan on the Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament: Matthew, Luke, Ephesians, Galatians and James that they have on the other companies site? I guess I just asked. I have been thinking about them for a few days but would prefer it in Logos.
Awesome deal. Buy now, think later.
The Holy Spirit (my wife) won't let me. [;)]

Amazing! I've very excited for everyone. I've benefitted greatly from this series over the years in both hard copy, Pradis and Logos. I am consoling myself on the price by telling myself that I've benefitted spiritually and academically for years and I can't put a value on that. [:)]

The problem is that you never know what's going to be discounted in the future. It's very rare to get this kind of deal, and if you stuck to that rule, you'll miss out on a lot. (FWIW, I already had all 42 volumes, so missed out on the bargain, too.)

Great deal for those who don't have them. Does anyone know why when I search like this none of these show up until the third page. Shouldn't they be the first volumes listed?

I hear you Mark. I've been able to get in on some good deals in the past that more than make up for the difference I paid for NIVAC. Too bad this couldn't have been a deal on the EBC rev. [:)]
This is great to hear for a lot of people. I already picked up the worthwhile volumes in the 2.99 Kindle sales they did in the last year so I won't be grabbing anything else.
This series varies widely in quality so it's in your best interest to check the commentary surveys (OT, NT) to find out which volumes you actually want. Those two books have saved me a lot of money and pointed me to excellent resources I wouldn't have otherwise seen.
Here's another option to check out the ratings of the individual volumes for those who may not want the entire set.

Based on Best Commentaries I have Exodus, Ezekiel, Ecclesiastes, and 2 Peter/Jude in my cart. Any other volumes highly recommended? I'm having a tough time finding reviews that go through each book.
I have NICOT/NICNT, NAC, Pillars, NIGTC, and the Tyndale set if that matters. Some of the BECNT and WBC volumes are also on my radar, but I'm not pulling the trigger until they go on sale.

One's opinion of course will be colored by their theological bent and intended purpose. Personally I think the NIVAC is one of the better Evangelical pastoral/devotional commentaries and wouldn't want to be without any of them. I think I've stated this before, but I use them nearly daily for study/devotional purposes and often find value for academic work.
If I were only limited to a few, in addition to the one's you've noted, I would want Walton's Genesis, Gane's Numbers, Hubbard's Joshua, Wilson's Psalms, Jobes' Esther, Wilkins' Matthew, Block's Luke, Blomberg's 1 Corinthians, Hafemann's 2 Corinthians, and Garland's Colossians.
It's interesting that D.A. Carson states in his NT Commentary Survey that he generally doesn't care for the NIVAC (pg. 99), but he seems to recommend quite a few of them despite his general misgivings.
Tremper Longman has a very high opinion of the OT NIVAC vols. He gives the entire OT set 5-stars.

Michael,
The only volume that I liked and refer to often is George Guthrie's "Hebrews." While the set as a whole does not appeal to me, Guthrie's volume is a rare treat.

If you are interested Denver seminary has a list of books and commentaries. Most of the NIVAC appear in these.

Aw. It's hard to lay off these. I need to have a bigger cushion for surprise sales like this one... The pricing goes back and forth between 30+ and 7.99,but if you're patient and put them in and out of your cart, you will eventually get them all for 7.99.

I picked up a few. Thanks for the heads up!
Hi John, I think you are the first person from one of my LUO classes that I've seen on the Logos forums. Glad to hear you were able to obtain several of the NIVAC volumes. As you can see from my Discussion Board posts, the insights in the NIVAC often find there way into my replies. [:)] I pray that you will benefit greatly from them.
