[resolved] Duplicate emphasis markups

I'm not sure if this is a help forum or not, but judging from the other posts, this seems like a decent place to post this.
I really like having a long-running set of highlights/markups I can go back to, but I am finding that everything I've been marking the past few days has been duplicated when I go to the "emphasis markup" list.
Is there a way to sort different publications in this menu as well?
Thank you in advance.

Are you running Logos 6? If so, the thread may be moved there. Are you running on multiple platforms?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Please clarify this - a screenshot really helps as well.

See the duplicates here? It seems most of my marks for emphasis created duplicate copies in the "emphasis markup menu."
The screen shots make it clear (the terminology "menu" confused me).
You might try the steps in this post, but first make sure the command Remove duplicate notes is recognised as it may have been removed after Logos 4. That failing you will have to manually remove duplicates - usually caused by using two versions of Logos at the same time.

Ok, I'll see if I can find that command. That'd be kind of strange if they removed such a helpful command so lets hope that's not the case. Thanks.

Worked. I appreciate it.
