You're getting two instances of the ESV because 1) you're searching in ESV then 2) you've indicated ESV in the "add versions" box (just below the header of the results window). You can simply delete "ESV" from this box, OR type in a different version (or many versions separated by commas!).

Thanks Reuben, I have struggled many times even a tech.support from Logos was not able to fix it. Finally I followed your advice and it worked.
