How do you rearrange the list of commentaries & books in the "explorer" tab/window?...
TIA.

Thanks, but that sounds quite complicated since I have quite a few commentary series and such in Logos. I was hoping for a simpler "drag and drop" solution. The main problem is that when I have my resources window open, some of go-to resources are at the top of the list (as they should be)... and others at the very bottom (which I can't even see unless I click "more" every single time). And yet these at the bottom of the list are ones that I've most recently purchased... and obviously want to use.
Is there any simple solution just to drag and drop to rearrange the order?
Thanks in advance.

Prioritizing isn't that complicated. It's a simple drag and drop action.
Go to your Library and sort it so that your most recently purchased resources are at the top (click the Last Updated column header twice):
Click the Prioritize button on the upper right of the Library to open the Prioritization panel:
Then drag your preferred commentaries and commentary sets over to the right into the Prioritize panel in the order you'd like them to be listed in tools like the Explorer tab and in passage guides and such.
If you click and drag one volume of a commentary series, that whole series will be prioritized in the same spot; or if you only want to prioritize one volume of a series, then hold the Ctrl key down while you're dragging and dropping.
That's all there is to it. Yes, there are more complicated things you can do with prioritization, but you don't need to.

Thanks... and I just figured out how to add some new fields to sort and display to help with this. But when I click on "series," sure I can now see all of the "Word Biblical Commentary" or "Hermeneia"... but if I try to drag it over to the prioritize window, I can't... instead it just opens up a sub list of all the volumes in each series.

Ok, thanks. Now I see how to do it. Even though when I click on the series, it then provides the sublist of volumes in the series... if I drag and drop an individual volume, it does so for the entire series. Now this is working. Many thanks!

As I explained above:
Rosie Perera said:If you click and drag one volume of a commentary series, that whole series will be prioritized in the same spot; or if you only want to prioritize one volume of a series, then hold the Ctrl key down while you're dragging and dropping.
But perhaps I wasn't clear enough. The only way to prioritize a whole commentary set is to drag a single volume of that set, without holding the Ctrl key down, over to the Prioritize panel. So if you're viewing your library sorted by series, you do have to click on a series name to expand the list and show individual volume names. Then pick any one of them to click and drag over to Prioritize. Also note that you want to drag it from some field other than the title field, because clicking there opens the resource. So click and drag from the Type or Author field, for example.
Perhaps it's counter-intuitive, because the default is to prioritize the whole series that a volume comes from, whereas to prioritize only that one volume, you have to hold the Ctrl key down. But I think it's expected to be more frequent that people would want to prioritize the whole series. So they made that the easiest case.
Hope that helps!
