Microsoft's announcement that .NET core will be available for MacOS and Linux. That sounds like good news to me for those of us with Mac Logos. How will this impact us? Faster development? Faster program?
Will there be a Linux version?
Dubious.
I wonder if it would make it easier to run .NET based programs on Linux.

I can only hope that OS X programmers will avoid .NET and anything to do with it. [:(] Some of the most bloated programs that I have ever seen were done using .NET. No thanks Microsoft. [:@]

As far as I know, there's still no open source equivalent of WPF -- just the .NET core. So this doesn't really change the situation much (although it will probably improve the performance of our Mac product, as Mono incorporates more of the original code).
https://app.logos.com, via Logos now, will probably be our first solution for Linux.
Bob,
The link you gave has the comma included... Should be: https://app.logos.com.
Encouraged(?) to hear that this will probably be your first solution for Linux. Still hoping for a stand-alone, off-line solution! Just noticed that you're developing a Windows Phone/Mobile platform (https://blog.logos.com/2015/03/help-bring-the-logos-app-to-the-windows-phone/ and https://blog.logos.com/2015/05/get-rewarded-support-the-logos-app-for-windows-phone/). Maybe when that's done?
