BUG? - Extra Item in Shopping Cart

This happened intermittently today, twice.
I was buying something, and lo and behold, an item pops up in the shopping cart:
Pentecostal & Charismatic Silver v5 $582.94
That is not a product we currently sell.
I'm quite sure I didn't click on anything to put that item there. Is this a bug or should I make myself a strong cup of coffee?

Is this something you can recreate consistently? I'd love as many details as possible that you might be able to share.

I made two purchases today. When I added the items I wanted and checked the shopping cart, that extra item was there. I had to remove it manually, twice.
FWIW: The items were added via the special flash buttons advertising special sales, not from the usual product pages.
Config: Win 8.1 x64, IE 11 with all updates.

Next time it happens I will take a screenshot. Basically, using Firefox, I will start the buying process on one item, click "next" and the next page will come up with the item I want to buy plus about four other items, usually totalling around 500 bucks. Quite often one item will say "we do not sell this item" or something similar, and sometimes I will be told that "one or more items have been removed". I just delete the unwanted items and move on, it's just a minor irritation.
It happens quite a lot, probably on two out of every three purchases I would say.
