To my surprise when I logged in L4 tonight I got 3 new resources. Is there any way to determine what they were, and how do I accomplish that?

If they are all resources, the easiest way to find them is to look at the resource directory and sort by date.
In Win7 that directory looks like this:
C:\Users\[your windows logon name]\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\[random numbers]\ResourceManager\Resources
For Vista and XP this will be a bit different, but similar enough that you should be able to figure it out.
Note that AppData is a hidden folder. You have to set Windows to allow viewing hidden files/folders to see it.
Thanks, Richard. I will give it shot.

Well, if shooting at it works, let me know. [;)]
For XP it's: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Logos4\Data\[random numbers]\ResourceManager\Resources
I went to the directory and Sent a shortcut to my desktop so I could easily display the list of resources.

Thanks for this tip - I've been hunting for this!
