SUGG: Notes Improvements

The current format would be much improved if some of the following improvements were made:

1. Return to (or give an option for) the 2 column L3 format with a contents pane - gives a kind of "index" overview.
2. Allow notes to be collapsed so their contents are invisible.
3. Remove blank space between notes if a note's content is blank. (Blank notes can be used to mark text for different purposes, and don't always require note content.)
4. Allow the creation of note folders (as with Favourites)
5. Allow default colour to be set for a note file.

Any thoughts?
