0121.LogosError.log
Thanks for creating a new thread. I see that you posted an error log. The helper tool should have produced a zip file with a number of logs, including a logos.log file. Did you not get a zip file?
I did what you suggested. The forum itself gives me an error when I try to attach the log file. No joy there.
Sorry, I just saw this from the other thread. Generally an error comes when the server is having troubles or the zip (or other) file is too large. You did good to post the error log, but could you post the logos.log file too?

The logs say: "Current assembly version is '6.2.0.0027'; previously-run assembly version was '6.2.0.0043' (6.2 SR-1)"
For whatever reason, Verbum <thinks> you are trying to run the old version but that you have installed the newer version.
You wrote in the other thread:
I dowloaded and installed the version required.
How did you download and install the update? Was it through the normal means (through the update process in app) or was it with a manual download? Have you checked your applications folder to see if you have multiple copies of the app present? At this point, I am tempted to tell you to trash the application from the application folder and to redownload the engine.
Thanks -
Per you advise/suggestions I deleted the logos application from my computer. Then went to this link and re-installed.

It now works. I have no idea what happened as I did not install, update, or regress the logos application in quite some time, yet it was working fine until this weekend.
Thanks again for taking a look at the logs.
