[ACK] BUG? Help please Psalm Explorer is not running (MAC)

Hi, I am new to Logos 6. The past week I have been using Psalm Explorer no problems but today it stopped working... The window opens up and then just remains blank? I tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. Can you help please. Thanks you.

This issue is not occurring for everyone, but there is a case in our system to look into the problem you're describing. I'll add this thread to the case.
