Verbum Practicum

Does anyone know why my Verbum Practicum causes Logos to shut down but the other items in my library work? It is a problem I haven't encountered before.
Thanks

Hi Fern,
Welcome to the forums. I think the experts here would ask that you provide some additional detail. Logs would probably be helpful. Not knowing what operating system you are using I have provided links for Windows and OSX. They explain how to do that.

I am using Verbum 6.2 SR-1 with Mac OS 10.10.3 and do not have an issue. as stated above more info will be needed to help you, but I can say on my system the Practicum is still working although it has been replaced with Verbum 360 training which, in April at least was free for anyone one who had bought a Verbum 6 package. Most of the Practicum is still very applicable just some refinements and improvements that came in 6 are detailed in 360.

Hi,
Both of the replies I see seem to be for Logos 6. I still have Logos 5. I have Windows 8 and have had Verbum for a long time and this is the first time that my Verbum Practicum wouldn't open. Actually, this ole lady still needs to access it. (slow learner
. The rest of my library will open but trying to open Verbum Practicum gives the message "Logos 5 has experienced a problem and must close".
Does this info help anyone to help me?
Thanks,

No, logs are really needed. However, I'll ask that this be moved to the Logos 5 forum so you'll get version specific answers. Any reason you haven't moved to the free Logos 6 engine?

Hi all,
Thanks for trying to help. A phone call to Faith life turned out to be the best avenue. Upgraded to Verbum 6 and though that is a longer avenue, it did work. Now, back to trying to learn this stuff. I hope they don't upgrade again! I'm running out of learning time!

Ah, but you know where to bring your questions which can shorten learning time.[:D]
