Bradley also suggested moving files older than Feb 2006. I mention this because I did not read this carefully at first.
However, what I did to get the indexer going, was put just 10 resources in the LDLS 3 resource path. That way I had to move only 10 resources, and rename one directory.
The indexer chugged in immediately.
However, see my other post about how long the Interlinears are taking to index. They seem to be chugging through a chapter at a time.

We want to collect some more detailed information from your system. Please place the attached "Logos4Indexer.NLog.config" file in your "My Documents\Libronix Log Files" folder (the same folder where the Logos4Indexer.log file is currently located). Re-run the program, then post your Logos4Indexer.log file for diagnosis.
Indexer crashed ... perhaps 5 minutes this time.

Still crashing after following your advice to remove all LIX/LSF and E4*. Any additional suggestions would be helpful...
