Can Not Access New Feature
According to an email that I received last night, I should have one month's free access to "Lexham Bible Guide: Genesis 1-11". It does not show in my library as being available (I already own the High Definition Commentary that is offered). I have tried both "Update Now" and "Update Resources" in the command bar. I have received some resource updates, including a database update for "Commandments of the Law".

I am having the same issue as the O.P.
I can confirm that I can view LBG for Genesis 1-11 at app.logos.com, but I cannot currently view the LBG in Logos. (I am currently running the Desktop Beta, not sure if that would cause an issue.)

Yes, it is there, but like Jonathan, it will not download to my desktop. Strange.

I guess this does not apply to the Verbum Now subscribers. I did not receive any e-mail nor are the Lexham resources in my library. (Just updated thirty minutes ago and they were not downloaded.)

That's weird that you can see it online but not in your library. Might wanna call support.
