[resolved] Please Fix Propositional Outlines

I know this has been brought up elsewhere many times, but I would like to raise my voice loudly with the others. Please fix propositional outlines so that it does not apply to every instance of a resource. I would even be happier and more productive if you would heed Mark Smith's suggestion from here https://community.logos.com/forums/p/94283/654906.aspx#654906
"You may have noticed that all the settings made in one copy of the Bible apply to all instances of that Bible. I wouldn't mind if I could change all the settings for each Bible instance, that is make all the settings apply only to that open panel not to all instances of the Bible.
I would use the ability to control propositional outlines. I would also like to turn off all highlighting in one copy and still see the highlighting in another."

A new thread wasn't necessary as FL stated in that thread that a case had been created for the suggestion. It's not a fix because any setting made in one copy of the Bible apply to all instances of that Bible.
