When I login to my Logos account on Biblia.com, the Link Panels option is disabled.
When I logout, link panels is again enabled.
What's going on??! How can I get the link panels option enabled again?
Hi Matt - and welcome to the forums
I am not seeing this
What platform are you running on and which browser (and version) are you using?
Graham
PC. IE, Firefox, Chrome. All do the same thing.
Doesn't matter what browser I use. It appears to be account related.
Here is screenshot in chrome when logged in (Link panels disabled).
And when Logged out, link panels is enabled
Same behavior no matter what computer, browser I use.
I think its more a matter of what resources you have open
What happens if when you are logged in you have a Bible open on the left and a commentary on the right?
Ahh! Well there ya go! I had no idea there were resources that wouldn't link.
I always thought that the whole point of resources in Logos was that they were linked to Scripture.
Problem solved! Thanks!
Many of them, but not all, provide links to scripture but the key thing here is whether they have a "Bible index" and these are mainly Bibles and Commentaries
Actually as I see it, Logos is not an exclusively Bible publisher; it is a general eBook publisher with books on the American Civil War, etc. It appears to me to be a defect in Biblia.com if one has to have only Bibles in the left pane. Since Logos sells Loeb classics with separate modules for the Greek & English, it would be very convenient to be able to put the Greek in one panel & the English in another. Also for Alford's Greek Testament there is an English language version which would be nice to put in a side by side panel with the Greek. Then when we come to a comment in Latin in the Greek edition, we might find it translated in the English edition.
Biblia is no longer under active development. A much more full-featured experience is available on the web at https://app.logos.com/.
