I have posted about this in the past but considering the lack of response, I am posting again. I am not sure how other people use the prayer lists but for my part, a fixed schedule does not work out for the best. I pray through my list in relation to other things happening that require prayer as well and this means that sometimes I pray for more at a time, sometimes less.
In light of this, the way the prayer list feature works currently has been an obstacle for several years now. Unscheduled prayer requests cannot be checked off and so cannot be used as part of a prayer checklist. Secondly, they do not appear on the home page and so there is no convenient way of seeing what is next in the list.
What I would like is: (1) that unscheduled prayer requests be checkable, just as scheduled ones; (2) that they work like a to-do list: an item that's checked is not deleted but goes to the bottom of the list and shows checked off. When one is done cycling through, the check marks can be undone for another round; (3) some kind of option either in the prayer list itself or in the homepage setting to be able to see them (three or so at a time) even though they are not scheduled for today.
I have used other methods to work around this and it really is cumbersome.
