I noticed that this is in the Reformed Base Packages, which is obvious to me. However, it is also included in the SDA. Anyone able to shed some light on this for me?

I am not SDA, but it would seem to me (from the sparse knowledge of SDA theology that I have) that Sproul would pretty much be antithetical to the SDA belief system.

Most likely. You will notice that there are some common ground among what we believe and other denominations. Martin tries his best to find resources that align with most of what we believe. A tricky situation. Look at the New American Commentary and compare it with the Sda Bible Commentary in some passages. If you have the Pulpit commentary look at that also. You will see some similarities where you begin to wonder if they simply copied at times from each other.
It looks to be only in the SDA and Reformed packages (Silver and up), and the Reformed Commentary Bundle.
