Not sure if since 6.3 but just noticed mac is refusing to sync. Have added to firewall allowed programs incoming connection but now no idea what to try next!
Any ideas, anyone else got this recently?

Please ensure logging is enable - https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/mac/report-problem - start Logos, stop if after a failed sync attempt and post logs as a reply to this thread using the paperclip icon

Having run a mac for the last 20 years without a firewall - I can report that I do not have any problems (of this ilk)
What sort of firewall program are you running?

not used a mac much Mike, first one. not sure installed a firewall but just went to system and security/privacy and added verbal there

A Reading Plan is giving the error. Try modifying or deleting the most recent Plan you worked on.

Ok - I have never bothered to turn the firewall on. You might try turning it off and seeing if that helps.
Alas that makes no difference
The new log still shows an issue with a Reading Plan entry
Do you have any other devices which are running Logos software? If so, do you see any differences in Reading Plan status?
Wondering if this would help tie down which one is causing the problem.
I have no reading plans. Recently they have been very frustrating as not syncing correctly between devices so have deleted and today was toying with setting up one on the mac and then seeing if would sync on others. However mac not syncing at all!
My windows laptop is syncing ok (or at least is not moaning)
ipad and iphone no reading plans
apple watch, ready and waiting but no app yet!

If you delete the plan from the Mac does this remove the notification of sync errors?
no it makes no difference
Try deleting the folder /Users/jajoyce/Library/Application Support/Verbum/Documents/br00zn2g.xi4/Documents/ReadingPlan/

That has done it and I have even created a reading plan which is the same on all 4 of my devices!
