Hi Logos team, I have a suggestion for improving the usefulness of the forums. The life-cycle of most posts is no more than 2 weeks. After that, they tend to drag on as off-topic debates. Sometimes, new users come in and revive old posts based on the title, but never read all the content so they only end up dredging up the past.
My suggestion, is that all threads be set to auto-lock after 2 weeks. This will eliminate much of the useless chatter and confusion about old info. If someone need to reference an old post, they can start a new thread and link to the old locked thread.
For me personally, I think this would make things muvh easier to follow instead of seeing outdated threads that are are 2 months revived again and again.
Thanks for your consideration.
