The book is forthcoming from B&H Academic, but I've heard good things about it!

I recieved an advance digital copy of the draft as part of a class I took with Finn (love his classes). It is indeed a good book. With his permission I made a PB out of it, though its not one I would be allowed to share. He also made me promise to buy a real copy when its actually published.

I'll probably get a Logos edition rather than a "real" copy. When/IF it comes to Logos.
