several things:

1. FL doesn't "price match," but they do extend publisher offers when possible (vyrso only)
2. the resource in question IS on sale and if you want it you should pick it up ASAP
3. A search of a number of sites shows that the publisher special is $2.99, which is what FL is selling it for. B&N has it for $13.99! This may indicate the sale is (about to be) over. (I don't know)
