When I press the "three dots" function it shows Resource, Notes, but no Visual Filter. It is happening with BHS/WIVU and BHS/SESB. As you can see, it is working fine with the Greek Text.
What could be going on? Am I skipping something?
Thanks.

This happens if you don't have any Visual Filters associated with the resource.
Try creating a simple Filter that is tried to WIVU and see if it appears.
If so, check your existing Filters to see if they include the WIVU / SESB resources.
Graham, thanks for your prompt answering. The point is that it was working before. I've been using this since Libronix. It follows attached another screenshot.

Thanks for that.
I have just tried to create a similar filter and it seems to work
One thing I noted - and shown in the screenshot - is that the division "Old Testament" is not an option and I see that is what you have in your filter.
I wonder if anything has changed in the definition of the range since you created the filter and if that is affecting things.
If you change the range to Entire Bible does that change the results?

This is an issue we are actively investigating. I'll make sure you get contacted about this tomorrow because we may need to request some files from you.
Ryan
Thanks Ryan.
I am eagerly waiting because I use BHS-WIVU a lot in class!

I'm having a similar issue, my visual filters are not showing up. Is it a bug?
Thanks
Andrew
I don't know from Ryan's comment above whether the issue they are looking into is resource-specific or more general.
Are you seeing this in the same resources discussed above or other ones?
If your symptoms are:
Then it's possible you have the same issue. Unfortunately the only known fix at this time is to rebuild your index (type "Rebuild index" in the command box). We are working to figure out what's causing this so we can fix it.
Thanks both.
Yes, I am using 6.3.0.0038 and the symptoms are similar
Will try an index rebuild
That worked.
Hey Tommy Ball, thanks very much for all the interactions till the problem was gone.
Indeed, rebuild the index solved the missing visual filters.
