When the Ancient Literature section references a work, you may have a preferred version to open. You can control this without knowing the system default prioritization nor your own prioritization.

  1. Right click on the reference to bring up the context menu.
  2. Select the datatype option on right-hand side (the < > icon)
  3. On the left hand side of the context menu (after the Search section) you will find a list of resources (up to five) you own that contain the resource. Click on the one you want to open it.

Note: I don't know it this is a comprehensive list or simply the top 5.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

It's the top five destinations (or fewer if you don't have that many resources in your Library).

This tip should work for any data type reference anywhere in the program.

Just for fun, I tried pressing f7 while hovering over the link for a writing for Basil which I had several versions to see if it would do a text comparison pop-up[:O] Nope! But maybe a cool feature for a future update (A text comparison for the Church Fathers, since Logos has so many different versions).
