Logos on iPad with an old Libronix Account

Hi, hoping one of the wise heads can help. I have just bought an iPad for a Sri Lankan pastor friend of mine. He is still using Libronix. Can he use his resources using the Logos App on the iPad? Not related to the iPad App, but can he just install the Logos 6 engine onto his windows laptop to convert his existing library?

In most cases, the answer should be "yes." The trick will be to make sure his resource licenses get added to his account "in the cloud." Some resources (mostly third party ones) may not be available. As always, some resources which are "in the cloud" are not "mobile enabled" (due to publisher or technical restrictions), so these would be disqualified as well.
