What are some of the best commentaries on the book of Acts?
I hear that "The Book of the Acts" -- Bruce, F. F. is highly rated (NICNT). See: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/23223/173550.aspx#173550
Also this bibliographic effort: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/63727/579859.aspx#579859
places a priority on:
*Bock, Darrell L. Acts (BECNT). Grand Rapids: Baker, 2007.
*Schnabel, Eckhard J. Acts (ZECNT). Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 2012.
*Peterson, David G. The Acts of the Apostles (PNTC). Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2009.
*Fernando, Ajith. Acts (NIVAC). Grand Rapids: Zondervan, 1998.

In my opinion, Bock's Baker Exegetical Commentary is outstanding. Behind it, I'd put the older NICNT by Bruce or the new NICNT by Doug Moo.
FD: My theology is reformed Baptist, and these recs reflect that.
Craig Keener has three volumes on Acts .
the new NICNT by Doug Moo
I think you're confusing this with his work on Romans from this series. Moo has no Acts commentary in NICNT
Keener is probably the most thorough, and comes highly acclaimed.
