App frequently forgets log-in credentials

Recently my Logos app has been frequently requiring me to re-enter my login credentials. I haven't precisely nailed down the time frame, but it is at least weekly or after a restart of the device. Previously the app would retain my login indefinitely. Does anyone know how to change this setting so that my login is retained indefinitely? A minor irritation, but an irritation none-the-less.

Kevin,
I've followed the instructions on the link and continue to have problems. It's becoming such an issue I can hardly use the app at times. Any other suggestions?

Please use "Report a Problem" from the help menu so we can take a look at your logs.
