numbers don't match...

As you can see from the screen shot below, the Logos website (on the right) says that I have 4,357 resources. However, my actual Logos program (on the left) indicates that I only have 4,205 resources. Does anybody know why there is a discrepancy of 152 resources? Thank you.

These are not the main reason for the counting difference, but (as Bradley explained in the post Graham linked to) licensed content that doesn't show in the library (reverse interlinears, datasets [they show under Help] and licensed resources/functionalities from the early days of Logos).
