Tried twice.  No errors, it simply ignores the file that I attach.

Edit- addl info

I click the Option button and browse to the file, like always, and the file shows up.

When I click Save, the 'sending request' note pops up a the bottom for a few seconds, then disappears, along with the file.

Obviously, I can still upload pictures.

Tried it from three different computers. Still won't recognize the file.

I've never done it like you, I always use the paperclip icon:

and it works for pictures as well as file attachments. Note that here are only a limited number of supported file types, everything else has to go into a zip. And there's a size limit of (IIRC) 5 MB per attachment.

Doc, I'm not reproing this, even with a .docx file. Can you tell me what browser and OS you're using? Can you also tell me the size of the word document you're trying to upload?

    Firefox 39.0, Win 7 SP1.

About 7MB. I didn't suspect it would be a problem since I've seen files in there close to a thousand pages.

I was also exploring on a different thread that I can't (never have been able to) use the paperclip for documents, only photos. I have to use the options button to upload files, and it's a pain. Whenever I've tried the paperclip for docs, I get gibberish in the window and no attached file.

    Doc,

thousand pages text may still not reach 5MB in the docx - which is afaik the limit. I assume you have (scanned?) pictures in the file you said you made from a PDF? Try to do without, or zip the file to see if it gets smaller than 5MB (unlikely with today's already compressed picture formats).

The issue with the paperclip may need more info (such as screenshots) for Logos to see what goes wrong.
