Problems in BHS with Hebrew characters
Hi, is there any work being done on the problem with the Hebrew text in the mobile version of the various BHS texts with some of the characters being "smashed" together? I noticed this using iOS on an iPhone 5 (all updates). A friend had the exact same appearances on his iPad. Example: in Ezek 37:8, the third and fourth from last words are compressed together, and the waw conjunction overlies the he ending the previous word so it looks like a weird het.

Just tried this with two different Hebrew texts on my iPhone 5 and did not see the problem you describe. Can you give additional details?

In your screenshot also the word gdym is very close to preposition 'on them'.

I now see the problem at that address. Did not see any problems in Deuteronomy 24, but I may not have looked closely enough. If you increase the size of the text to cause a line break in the middle of the word, it displays correctly.

This issue has been fixed internally and will be available in the 4.0.4 release.

I've been informed that this was addressed on the developer/programming; however, on the user end it still remains unfixed.

Hi,
This problem is still here - only on the iPad in mobile Safri. The words stick together. Only on iPad.
It looks terrible (but is OK with free Google fonts).
Any help here?

Safari is not part of the Logos app so I'm not quite sure I understand. Can you please attach a screenshot?

Here you can see: the same web page on Chrome Mac (good) and on iPad (Bad). See the words stick to each other. This also happens with Arial (system font) but not with Google fonts.

Zvika - it looks as though this is an issue with a browser as opposed to a Faithlife app.
Is that correct?

If I understand you correctly, Faithlife cannot help with this issue. We don't own Chrome or Safari browsers and cannot support them. You might try posting a bug with Apple (who creates the Safari browser). Or, you could install Chrome on your iPad.
